Rocketfuel3 grew out of Brand Direct Services — family owned and run, supplying independent retailers across the North of England. Moving product, managing stock and keeping customers happy is what we do every day.

Founder & Managing DirectorBenn built Brand Direct Services and RF3 through years of hands-on Amazon and private label experience. Now he puts that knowledge to work growing other brands — strategy, sales and the occasional cup of tea included.
Dan
eCommerce LeadFour years inside Amazon means Dan knows how the machine works — and how to make it work for brands. PPC, ACoS and marketplace performance are his world. The only thing that pulls him away from his spreadsheets is mountain biking — and even then, he's probably running efficiency metrics on the way down.

Operations DirectorTania keeps RF3 running behind the scenes, making sure the team, the operation and our brands get what they need. Nothing is ever too much trouble — a quality the rest of us take full advantage of. When she's not keeping everyone in line, she's at CrossFit preparing for the next shift.

Operations ManagerJacob keeps stock, logistics and the everyday chaos of e-commerce running smoothly. He knows where everything is, when it's arriving and, most importantly, why it's late. Outside work, he allegedly has hobbies. We've yet to verify this.

Warehouse CoordinatorLucy keeps things moving from the office to the warehouse, solving problems before most of us realise there's a problem. No fuss, no drama — she just gets it done. The team would be lost without her. We try not to let her know that.

Fulfilment AssistantCraig brings energy and enthusiasm to keeping orders moving and customers happy — particularly when there are boxes to pack. He's settled in quickly and occasionally walks around the warehouse on his hands. We've stopped asking why.
